Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. Processing for all orders can take 5-7 business days before receiving a tracking number regardless of the shipping option selected i.e. (overnight etc.)
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES;
We have added an insurance option for the safe delivery of your packages. However, If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Glazed kitty Essentials cannot be responsible. Also if you put a incorrect address Glazed Kitty essentials cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office/UPS. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you.
