How often should you use Our super soaker suppositories? 

If you have a yeast infection you will use 1 capsule a night for 3-5days 

If you have bacterial vaginosis you will use 1 capsule at night for 5-7 days 

If you just want to restore your PH after your period you will use 1 capsule at night for 3 days 

After sex it’s mandatory that you get your PH back in order you will use 1 capsule at night for 2 days  

 

If you have a foul odor down there you will use 1 capsule at night for 3-5days   

 

You should not use boric acid if you are allergic to it, or if you have:

• pain or tenderness in your pelvis or lower stomach;

• fever, chills, nausea  

• vaginal bleeding 

• pelvic inflammatory disease 

• an active sexually transmitted disease;

• high blood pressure 

• heart disease;

• a weak immune system (caused by disease or by using certain medicine);

• blood vessel disorder; or

• if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
